In the Advanced Manufacturing Technologies program, you'll learn skills and concepts key to the field of Additive Manufacturing and 3D Printing. Core courses include an introduction to Lean Manufacturing & Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Process Improvement, Identifying and Eliminating Waste, Lean Culture, Cell Design and Pull Systems, Troubleshooting, Conducting Kaizen Events, Process Flow Charting, Strategies for Setup Reduction, Total Quality Management (TQM), Value Stream Mapping, Six Sigma, Transforming Lean into Business Results, Measuring Lean Systems, and other similar topics.
Through our partnership with the Society of Manufacturing Engineers (SME), you will have the opportunity to test and receive an industry-recognized Additive Manufacturing Certification from the SME.
Next, you'll review topics like Quality, Maintenance, Customer Service, Supply Chain Management, Process Design and Development, Product Design and Development, Production System Design and Development, Equipment Design and Development, Conducting an Internal Audit, ISO 9000, ISO 9001:2015, TS 16949:2009, and IATF 16949:2016.

Finish your training with a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Professional Certification Preparation course. Upon completion, you'll be given the opportunity to test for the industry-recognized Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification. The cost of your certification exam is included in the price of your program.
